Jordanovski kolacheta

Ingredients
500 g flour
200 ml water
1 egg
pinch of salt
egg white spreads optional
sesame or poppy dusting optional

Method
Egg stirring, to this was added water and salt mixture pour in the flour shaped well. Knead a soft dough, which is divided into 5-6 balls. They are doing kolacheta round with a hole in the middle. Can be smeared with beaten egg-white and sprinkle with sesame or poppy. Bake at 180 C. Kolachetata prepare for Epiphany.

I did them several times, but I do not get. I thought it was because of the lack of yeast or baking soda, added oil and rose. And covered with yolk
