Honey-pumpkin cookies

Ingredients
125 g of honey
60 g sugar (or brown sugar)
50 g butter
75 g pumpkin puree
1 egg
260 g flour
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 / 2-1 tsp cinnamon or spice gingerbread
vanilla (optional)

Method
Sift the flour with the salt, baking powder, cinnamon (spice) and vanilla. The egg is broken. In a metal container mix honey, sugar and the butter. Melt over low heat, stirring constantly until the formation of bubbles. The mixture was removed from heat and allowed to cool slightly. Add pumpkin puree and mix. On trickle add beaten egg and stir again. At the honey mixture, sifted flour. Stir with a spoon. Prepared slightly sticky dough, but does not add more flour. Wrap the dough with plastic wrap or stretch foil and leave in the fridge for an hour to set. With greased tsp be grebva of chilled dough and lightly greased hands, form balls the size of a walnut. Is arranged at a small distance from one another in a tray, covered with baking paper. Bake in preheated oven at 170C degrees C for no more than 15-20 minutes. From this quantity of product is received about 30 cookies. The tray from the oven, with dimensions 35h35 cm.

BlueCaramel, cookies are very soft and fragrant. First do them and I complied with the recipe. Try olive oil, I think the amount should be 50 ml. If they do share the result! :)
