100 g marinated mushrooms
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp veggie or spices of your choice
1 cup broth or hot water
2 tbsp fat

Method
Fry flour in preheated oil and diluted with a little broth, stirring to obtain a smooth mixture. Add the mushrooms, cut into thin pieces and vegetata. Pour remaining broth if needed add more. When serving can be sprinkled with chopped parsley.
