Ingredients
4 pork fillets
40 g butter
100 g mushrooms
60 g ham
60 g cheese
salt
pepper
Method
Fillets are well crushed and sprinkled with spices. Sauté mushrooms with the butter and arrange on fillets. On them put grated cheese and finally the ham. The meat is rolled up and baked in BBQ.
