Puff-karamelki

Ingredients
500 g butertesto
100 g raisins
jam of your choice
# For the cream:
4 eggs
500 ml milk
6-10 tbsp sugar
1 vanilla
Method
From puff pastry cut squares on each of which put 3-4 raisins and 1 teaspoon jam. Wrap of the four countries sprinkle with sugar - a pinch of each buterka and bake in preheated oven at 200 C. After baking taken out of the tray. Eggs and vanilla milk 4 tbsp sugar is stirred until a homogeneous mixture. In appropriate tray remaining sugar is caramelized, rank is ready buterki and pour the milk mixture. Sprinkle remaining raisins. Bake in a water bath 45 minutes at 150 C. Optional in Serve garnished with caramel sauce.

BRAVO! Very interesting recipe, but it seems to me laborious!

I liked the recipe. Reni, is not so laborious December :). And taste I think it would be nice. Will try.
