Beef steak with chanterelle mushrooms

Ingredients
400 g veal chops
400 g chanterelles
200 g cream
beef broth
frying fat
salt
pepper

Method
If possible, the meat is cut into two equal pieces a thickness of about 2 cm fry on both sides with very little fat and remove. In the same pan add a little butter and fry well-washed mushrooms, pour a cup of hot water and a little beef broth, cream, salt and pepper. It is better if they are fresh mushrooms to soak in advance for 10-15 minutes in water. Steaks are served with mushroom sauce overwhelmed.

A great recipe! In Bulgarise option could and mushrooms :)

Why was Desi with mushrooms? There does not chanterelles in Bulgaria! A taste is closer to maslarkata. Mushrooms is quite different.

Of course there is. I'm just not in Bulgaria :)
