Ingredients
200 g mix of raw almonds, hazelnuts and walnuts
100 g sugar
100 g of dried apricots
50 g of sweet figs
200 ml cream confectionery
100 g raisins
caramel topping (sauce)

Method
Mixed nuts baked in the oven. The sugar is caramelized in a little water, spread on a sheet of aluminum foil to solidify and hammered into powder in a mortar. Crush and roasted nuts. Dried apricots and figs drained diced. The cream is stirred in the mixer until a thick foam and mixed with the prepared products, stirred and poured into a cake form. Frozen in a freezer. Portions are covered with caramel topping.
