Ingredients
50 g veal (calf suckling)
125 g pumpkin
125 g carrots
125 g potatoes
2 tbsp corn sunflower oil
35 ml orange juice (baby)
Method
Potato, boil 25 minutes. Cut the meat into strips, carrot and pumpkin pieces and sauté with a few tablespoons of water 15 minutes on low heat. Potato creases and everything is pureed with the oil and the juice of a very smooth puree. They go 2 servings.
