Pickle Lemon - II type

Ingredients
1 kg lemons
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1 stick cinnamon
piece gingerroot
2 small chilies
2-3 sprigs tarragon (Tharos)
allspice, cloves (around 1-2 grains)
Method
Lemons are cut into thin slices and sprinkle with salt. Cinnamon, ginger, allspice, and cloves are tied in a piece of gauze. The vinegar was mixed with 2 cups water, add sugar and spice bag. Place on the stove and boil for about 5 minutes, then spices are removed. Add lemons and boil for another 2 minutes. Pour a hot peppers and boil for 1 minute more. Remove from heat and add tarragon stems. Pickles are distributed in jars, which are sealed and sterilized.

Hello, today I saw the recipe and intrigued me, because it is something very different oh so familiar recipes, but I noticed that products not listed sugar and in preparation wrote: *add sugar .....*Can anyone if he was preparing to write how much sugar is added?Thank you.Sunny day at all.
