Meatballs in cheese sauce

Ingredients
500 g minced meat
1/3 cup Rice
spices to taste
flour for rolling
150 ml sunflower oil
4-5 tbsp flour
400 g cheese
Method
Minced meat is kneaded with spices and rice. Formed into balls that are rolled in flour. Placed one by one in boiling, salted and seasoned water. Neck to cook the rice, to draw and leave on a plate. Broth in which mumbo meatballs, remove from fire. In a separate vessel is placed 150 ml sunflower oil. Add flour, stirring continuously. Remove from heat and gradually put the broth, while stirring vigorously to avoid picking up lumps. The mixture thus obtained is returned for about ten minutes of the fire. Meanwhile, grated cheese, which is placed in the boiling mixture, and stirred until it melts.

I personally put spice grill, which I put in meatballs, because others just does not ...
