Rye crackers

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups rye flour
1 cup white wheat flour
1 cup yogurt
1 tsp baking soda
50 ml sunflower oil
2 carrots
100 g solid feta cheese
2 tbsp sunflower oil

Method
Carrots grated. In a bowl mix the flour, add grated carrots and everything goes wrong. Add the yogurt, which is dissolved baking soda, the oil and soft dough is kneaded. On floured countertop rolled crust thickness of about 2 cm and cut with a sharp knife into squares. If you are prepared for children can be cut with shapes. Namaslyava tray lightly and arrange biscuits, leaving a space between them. Spread lightly with sunflower oil and sprinkled with grated feta cheese. Bake in preheated 200 C oven for about 15 minutes (until ready).

I see that I confused category - should be to crackers, but also offers a sweet version of naxos fall into this category. Glad you liked the recipe. Looking for recipes for children's kitchen, I found it.

I made them with flax flour instead of rye and added beetroot. Were very tasty - really zadravoslovna recipe :).

With pumpkin also become great.
