Chocolate bread

Ingredients
450 g flour
1 package dry yeast (for 450 g flour)
25 g cocoa
25 g brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sunflower oil

Method
In bowl mix the flour with cocoa. Add the yeast mixed with sugar and salt. Mix well and add 300 ml warm water and the oil. Izmesva to a smooth dough. In a greased bowl, put the dough, cover with a cloth and leave in a warm place for about an hour. Once the dough has doubled in size, knead again for about 2 minutes. Form of bread smeared with sunflower oil and dusted with flour. The dough is placed in a mold and allowed to warm for 30 minutes. Bake in preheated 200 ° C oven until ready. After baking, is removed from the mold and leave to cool completely. Cut into slices smeared with chocolate spread and served.
