Mushroom soup with wine

Ingredients
250 g mushrooms
50 g butter
2 tbsp (20 g) flour
600 ml milk
3/4 cup (150 ml) broth
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup (100 ml) white wine
nutmeg
parsley
pepper
salt
Method
Thinly sliced ​​mushrooms and garlic fried in butter, pour half of the broth and cook until the liquid evaporates. Add flour, mix well, added in portions and the remainder of the milk broth. Soup boil about 15 minutes, add the wine, salt, spices, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
