Candy biscuit and coconut

Ingredients
300 g tea biscuits
60 g butter
2 tbsp cocoa
1 vanilla
50 g coconut and extra for rolling
10 g gelatin

Method
Wrinkles are the biscuits with the butter. Pour cocoa, vanilla and coconut. Mix well, until a soft dough. Add gelatin previously soaked in a little water and gently warmed. Formed into balls and rolled in coconut or ground walnuts. Leave in the refrigerator for about two hours while tight nice.

Candy Can be made without gelatine? Some time ago I did something similar, and I added nuts, but I have no recollection I put gelatin, so ask.

You're right, my recipe without gelatin but with ground walnuts.

And without gelatin are delicious. I added gelatin to stand as candy and unrefrigerated
