Sponge cake * Crown of Harlequin *

Ingredients
# For the dough:
180 g butter
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 and 1/2 cup flour
10 g baking powder
3 tbsp cocoa
2-3 tbsp milk
grated peel of 1/2 lemon
2-3 tbsp lemon juice
coconut for sprinkling
# For glaze:
1 heaped cup sugar (225 g sugar)
4 tbsp water
1 egg white

Method
Sift the flour with the baking powder. Eggs are broken down well in a separate container. The butter and sugar are broken down into a thick, smooth cream. Gradually add less than eggs, and flour. Since the dough is separated into another vessel third part, and thereto is added zest and juice. In the remaining dough premixed with milk chocolate.
