Buns bagel

Ingredients
350 ml milk
egg 1
1 tsp sugar
5 g of dry yeast
100 g cottage cheese
2 tbsp sunflower oil
flour for kneading
sesame seeds and poppy
# For glaze:
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
50 ml milk

Method
Kneaded medium soft dough products. Leave to rise and when doubled its volume, shape bagel with desired size. Arranged on a tray covered with baking paper, coated with glaze, prepared from 50 ml warm milk and dissolved therein soda. Sprinkle with seeds. Bake in a moderate oven.

This morning I made them! Very easy and delicious!

and I do them for two days, and ends immediately, the crust is nice crispy

Tonight I made them. Because I did not put cheese curd. Many liked. I order them to do tomorrow for breakfast. Thanks for the recipe. No longer buy them from Kaufland.

Before baking rise for again?

Before I left them baking baking pan for 20 minutes covered with a towel, then put them reznah top with a knife covered them and then put them in the oven.

In the machine for bread dough kneading program with vtasvane- 1h and 30 m length, then shaped and coated bagel place in the oven for 15 minutes only on the lower heating element and a temperature of 100 degrees, and baking is in vintilator 175 degrees for about 30 minutes (depending on the size of the bagel).
