200 g ham
1 large onion
10 g butter
tomato paste
spices of your choice
chili sauce optional

Method
The finished pizza dough spread in the pan. Smeared with tomato paste diluted with a little water, hot sauce, salt and spices of your choice (savory, marjoram). Ham, grated or cut into small pieces, fry for 2-3 minutes in a hot and butter, add the onion, cut into thin crescents. Fry for a further 1-2 minutes and the mixture is spread over the pizza. Top rank chopped chillies and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven at 200 C for about 20 minutes or until ready.
