Ingredients
500 g roasted peppers
150 g walnuts
150 g cheese
1-2 heads onion
3-4 garlic cloves
1/2 bunch parsley
salt
vinegar and sunflower oil to taste
sesame seeds for sprinkling
Method
Roasted, peeled peppers cut. Onion cut into thin strips, garlic Grind. The walnuts are broken up into chunks (not ground). Cheese cut into cubes. Everything is put into a bowl. TOPPING make of finely chopped parsley, salt, sunflower oil and vinegar to taste. Finally, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
