Stuffed potatoes with ham

Ingredients
1 kg of potatoes (about 8)
150 g ham
20 g butter
40 g grated feta cheese Parmesan
80 ml cooking cream
1 tbsp mustard
2 scallions
salt, black pepper
Method
Wash the potatoes with a brush. Put them in a deep pan and pour cold water. Put them to boil for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, chop the ham in small pieces and saute with a little olive oil until it turns rosy. Wash the potatoes with cold water and cut the cap but horizontally so as to obtain lodchitsi. Carve them well with a teaspoon. Hollowed part mash with a fork and add to it the butter, mustard, parmesan and cream and mix well. And add 2/3 of the ham and chopped onion feathers. Fill the potatoes with this mixture, and the rest of the above put shukna. Arrange potatoes in a baking dish and bake them for 15 minutes at 180 degrees. Serve immediately.
