Bread baskets breakfast

Ingredients
4 slices of white toast bread
2 krevnirshi
1 onion
1 roasted pepper
4 quail eggs
50 g butter

Method
Cortices bread cut. The resulting rectangles slightly rolled with a rolling pin. Copiously smeared with butter. Put into the shapes for muffins, as pressed to take shape. Baked to a light brown 180 C. Onions, mushrooms, peppers and the skinless sausages finely. Fry in a little butter. Finished baskets are filled with the mixture. Top put a piece of cheese. Baked again for 5 minutes - to melt the cheese. Quail eggs fried in butter poached. On each basket is placed in an egg.

Bravo, Ellie! Very good idea, and the filling can be selected in a variety of options - mushrooms, mince, bacon, etc.

Of course, that stuffing can improvise. The idea is for my daughter - wanted something different from the sandwiches.
