Ingredients
4 eggs
40 g yeast
1 kg of flour
400 ml lukewarm water
300 g feta cheese
pinch of salt
pinch of sugar
2 tbsp sunflower oil
3-4 drops of vinegar
yolk spreads

Method
Sift the flour, pour it into a suitable container and make a well in it. Add salt, sugar, sunflower oil, vinegar, yeast and eggs. Knead the dough and let it rise. Shape buns, in the center of each put feta cheese and arrange them in a buttered baking dish. Apply the buns with egg yolk. Bake them at 180 C until ready.
