Slavic stew

750 g pork, lamb, mutton or veal
4-5 heads (200 g) onion
8-9 (500 g) peppers
7-8 (500 g) red tomatoes
1 cup (200 g) rice
1/2 cup (100 ml) fat
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper

Cut the meat into reprimanded and fry in fat, then remove. In the same fat fry until golden color onions, coarsely chopped, then sauté 1-2 red tomatoes, chopped. Stir in the red pepper and pour hot water or broth. Returns to the meat, add salt and boil on low heat until poluomekvane. Add consecutively chopped peppers, the remaining tomatoes, chopped, cleaned and washed rice. The dish is transferred to the stew, pour hot water and cook until ready. Once removed from the oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve warm.

No rice is better.
