Stuffed potatoes in bacon

Ingredients
6-7 potatoes
1 green or red pepper
1/2 onion
1 pickle
50-70 g of cheese
50 g mayonnaise
bacon strips, as the number of potatoes
1 egg
salt and pepper

Method
Potatoes are cleaned with a brush and cooked with the skin until ready. Leave to cool and cut into halves. All products are cut into small cubes, cheese grate finely grater. Cold potatoes are dug, as from countries leave board of 0.5 cm. The interior of potatoes also cut into small pieces and mixed with chopped vegetables, cheese, mayonnaise and egg, add salt to taste, if necessary, put and pepper. With so prepared mixture is filled potato halves, then fell forward, so that again reminded of all potato wrapped in bacon, which to not fall could be stuck with toothpicks. The cooked potatoes are placed in a preheated oven at 180-200C for about 10-15 minutes until bacon is browned. * I used turkey bacon instead of ham.

Do not peel the rind, so the potato stays whole.
