Ingredients
1 egg white
2-3 drops of lemon juice
200-250 g of powdered sugar
food dye

Method
Egg white mix with lemon juice snow. Spoon by spoon, add powdered sugar (double press) until forming tips that stand upright. By adding lemon juice can be diluted icing, while adding powdered sugar to thicken. Can be colored with food dye. * This can be sprayed onto baking paper, leaving it to dry for 24 hours in a refrigerator or cool, carefully remove the paper and with more icing on the cake is attached. * Can be sprayed and directly on the cake. * It is also used to attach the individual elements of the decoration of the cake.
