Ingredients
          1 cup crystal sugar
          1 cup roasted nuts of your choice
          1 tsp butter optional
          1 vanilla optional

          Method
              The sugar is caramelized to light brown. Add nuts (optional can add the butter and vanilla). The hot mixture is poured in a thin layer in an oily court (or aluminum foil, or household oiled baking paper). Cool and hammered with a wooden mallet (can be put in a plastic bag, in order not to disperse or in a mortar).
