Ingredients
1 cup cornmeal
2 and 1/2 cup sifted flour
1/2 cup oat bran
25 g dry milk
7 g dry yeast
1 full tsp fine sea salt
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 and 1/2 cup lukewarm water (about 300 ml)

Method
Combine all the dry ingredients are well done, added 1 tbsp sunflower oil and gradually pouring water to the dough.
