Ingredients
2 courgettes
400 g feta cheese Mozzarella
1/2 bunch of basil
1/2 bunch parsley
2-3 cloves garlic
3-4 tbsp vinegar
salt
balsamic vinegar for sprinkling
olive oil spreads, courgettes

Method
Courgettes cut length about 3-4 mm thick. Smeared with olive oil and bake in very hot BBQ. When ready them into a wide bowl sprinkle them with salt, blend garlic and vinegar. Fresh Mozzarella January thinly sliced shaybichki and put them on courgettes, sprinkle with chopped parsley and basil and finally spraying a little balsamic vinegar. As such, appetizers ready to be served.

I often do a salad of grilled zucchini. Seasoned with garlic and dill are all favorites at home. Combination with mozzarella and basil is interesting and will surely try the recipe. Perhaps only replaced the vinegar with lemon juice.
