Ingredients
2 courgettes
400 g feta cheese Mozzarella
1/2 bunch of basil
1/2 bunch parsley
2-3 cloves garlic
3-4 tbsp vinegar
salt

Method

I often do a salad of grilled zucchini. Seasoned with garlic and dill are all favorites at home. Combination with mozzarella and basil is interesting and will surely try the recipe. Perhaps only replaced the vinegar with lemon juice.
