1 cup wheat semolina
100 g butter
2 cup milk
200 g sugar
2 eggs

Method
Meal fry until golden in the butter. Add sweetened with sugar 100 g of milk. Stir on low heat until the mixture begins to separate from the court. Flavored with cinnamon or vanilla. Allow to cool. Add two eggs and the mixture was stirred with a stirrer (with a dough mixer). With wet hands make balls, larger nut. Lining up in a greased tray. Bake at 200 C to pinking. Once cool immersed in hot syrup 100 ml water and 100 g of sugar. Obtained were about 50 balls.

A slightly different version of our favorite semolina halva. Of the sugar syrup after roll in crushed walnuts. Were approved unanimously in the house!
A syrup is not it?
A long time ago I did not make them, but as soon as I released the recipe so, it is not. They do not take a lot of syrup, their texture is. But extra syrup can always dopravi :)
