Ingredients
          220 g readymade dough
          190 g sliced bacon pinto
          1 head of garlic
          1 onion
          2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
          4 eggs broken
          20 tbsp whole-milk cream
          pepper
          2 marinated red peppers (maybe roasted)
          200 g Brie sliced 
          grated nutmeg
              Method
              The oven is heated to 190 C. The dough is spread out on a floured tray and pricked with a fork. Bake for about 10 minutes. Heat bacon in a pan to melt the salo, fire intensifies and add chopped onion. Medium heat fry about 3 minutes. Add the crushed garlic and parsley and fry for another 2 minutes. In a large bowl, Beat well eggs, cream and pepper. Using a slotted spoon bacon and onions are placed on baked dough. Garnish with chopped peppers. Eggs pouring down carefully. Filling garnished with pieces of cheese or Brie. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake for 40 minutes.
