Ingredients
1 kg plums
100 ml water
25 g Gelfix Extra 2: 1 Dr. Oetker - 1 packet
2 tbsp sugar
liquid sweetener corresponding to 500 g of sugar
piece of cinnamon sheet
optional - 100 g walnuts, 1 tbsp rum

Method
Prunes have prepared in advance, as they cleaned up, washed and left to dry completely . Then cut them in pieces, added water and the sheet of cinnamon and boil them a few minutes to soften. packet gelfiks mingled with 2 tbsp sugar, and pour in the plums. Stir well. After the mixture has boiled, added sweetener (put 1 tbsp suite ultra less, but my taste for slados) again mix well and boil, stirring constantly for 5 minutes. hot jam poured into the wash and dry jars, and hung upside down. I left them there until poizstinat.
