Banana roll

Ingredients
# For the base:
1 cup flour
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
10 g baking powder
lemon rind of 1 lemon
# For the cream:
3 cups milk
3 tbsp flour
5 tbsp sugar
1 egg
2 vanilla
1 banana
# For the filling:
1 cup ground walnuts
2 bananas

Method
For the Base nice beat eggs and sugar, add the flour, baking powder and grated lemon rind. Pour the mixture in the pan - 30h37 cm - littered with baking paper and bake in a moderate oven until ready. For the cream the butter put in a saucepan on medium heat and melt, add flour. Stir a few seconds until the mixture is homogenous and then sipvam milk reconstituted therein vanilla. Again wrong to not burn and add the beaten egg - pour a stream and after a minute and put sugar to poraztopi. Then pureed banana put until the cream is still on the stove (can put 1 banana, maybe more, as you see). After 5 minutes, drop off from the heat. Brush the baked base with slightly more than half cream in the middle put the whole peeled bananas and sprinkle with the walnuts. The roll is wound in the conventional manner and placed in a refrigerator for 2 hours. Then coat with remaining cream.

vanilinna, what is the size of the baking pan? Baking powder you mix with flour or directly put it in the mix! Nuts about swamps Are?

baking pan is 30 wide and 37 long. Baking powder mixed with flour. Walnuts put them in swamps and after cream on top sprinkled with crushed walnuts and put purposes bananas.

I feel that the preparation of the cream is not described exactly. As it is now - milk, flour, sugar, egg, vanilla and butter are put together in a pot and stirred over low heat to thicken. I guess there is some consistency? First the milk with the sugar, then the flour, then the egg and finally the butter and vanilla or something?

I prepare it in the following way - put the oil in a saucepan to melt, then add the flour, vanilla, milk and mix. Then put the egg, which has previously shatter into a bowl, add the sugar and stirring. Banana slice and put them in the pan, and may advance to pureeing. This is :)
