Chocolate layered cake with homemade kisses

Ingredients
# For the base:
4 egg whites
24 tbsp white sugar
6 tbsp grated coconut (grated coconut)
# For the cream:
1/2 cup milk
3 yolks
1 cup sugar
3-4 tbsp cocoa
250 g butter

Method
For the base beat egg whites and gradually add sugar. Continue beating until a thick snow. Add grated coconut (coconut) and mix gently with a spoon. Spread the mixture evenly over the layer in two trays (30 cm diameter) coated with plenty of butter. Bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 150C degrees. For the cream beaten egg yolks, sugar, milk and cocoa cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. While cool, stirring from time to time to not catch crust. Beat the butter (soft) foam and mix the two cream. Put a plate on a plate cake, spread with cream (me and the tray and plate of cakes are round, with a diameter of 30 cm). Cover with the second board, brush the cake top and sides with remaining cream. Optional can decorate the top with kisses made of the same mixture as the base and remove the paste cake with crushed kisses. Best cake is ready to leave for several hours in the refrigerator before served. * Important - tseluvchenite bases not taken out of the oven before it is completely cold and does not open the oven while baking to not fall.

How big baking pans for the latter must use? And how you win - at low oven perhaps? How long roughly?

Thanks for the questions in, I really miss important details that I added in the recipe :)
Use a round baking dish and cake with a diameter of 30 cm. Tseluvchenite cake bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 150 degrees. This is the most delicious cake I have ever eaten, without being too complicated :)

For the cream just disarranging products and put on the stove?

Today I made this cake for the birthday of my husband. I wanted something different ... It was incredibly delicious ... Will try it another time .. Not only for the cream-stir and wait for it to cool before you put the oil ...

I forgot to add that I put and roasted walnuts inside and top ... Extremely complementary with tseluvchenite cake ...
