Wings of Cuenca

Ingredients
12-13 wings
1 cube chicken broth
parsley to taste
salt
4-5 tbsp vinegar
sunflower oil

Method
Clean, wash and divide into two wings. Salting them with two pinches of salt. If you let the wings goals, but I personally prefer to have two. Pour and heat the sunflower oil in a pan. The amount is based on the diameter of the pan (to swim). Fry them until golden and put in a saucepan. Already in the pot pour 2-3 tbsp of the oil in which you fried wings, broken broth, vinegar, parsley and about 50 ml water. Low heat sauté for about 10 minutes. Stir frequently to catch their better than the sauce. I prepare and serve wings with steamed vegetables (summer dish), but of course you choose what to garnish.

Super looks. What used vinegar - wine, apple, corn, white, red, or balsamic?
