Method
Cuticles clean and well salted for one night. The next day was washed with cold water and pour fresh water, put on the stove and boil after discarding the first water. Pour new water enough to cover them and cook well. Then cut into pieces, add garlic to taste and pour the broth. Pour into a baking dish. After gelation are ideal appetizer.

not ideal, it's great! But not all sell skins :) Besides fresh, just picked from the pig ... maleee :)

I love pork skins, but I never knew that you and them to get a patch, I took her prepare from pork trotters and ears will know the future, but do not know where to buy such :)

My father-in-law makes this appetizer each year and shall kill the pig, but added to the broth and a little red pepper (especially if it is lightly bitter wonderful home love it spicier). Really great appetizer. We freeze it in the freezer and we have it almost all year round. I've seen it in stores to be sold under the name appetizer Poor man.
