140 g white flour
120 g sugar
2 tbsp grated lemon peel

Method
The butter mix with sugar and lemon rind. Add the flour and almonds and mix a soft dough. With tsp is separated from the dough and making logs of 2 cm long. Put them in the fridge for 20 minutes.
