Ingredients
1 zucchini
300 g mushrooms
150 g bacon
salt, pepper
1 tbsp soy sauce
sunflower oil

Method
Unpeeled zucchini cut lengthwise into very fine strips. Mushrooms cut and fry 5 minutes, add the bacon (diced) and soy sauce, salt and pepper and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Two strips of zucchini are arranged over one another in the wider end (one horizontal, the other vertical). The place where the cross is placed a spoonful of the mixture with mushrooms. The short end of the lower band is folded over the mixture, and then the short end of the other line. Gradually, folding the strips closes mixture as packet (see photos). Each packet fry in heated sunflower oil, taking care to tip, to not open. Appetizer can be served with garlic sauce or sauce of blue cheese.

As I did with the peeler to cut especially thin zucchini, I got a little thick and I decided to bake them in the oven. Were wonderful, well done.
Many were delicious! I baked them in the oven (top and spread with yolk sprinkled with cheese).
