Ingredients
6 eggs
250-300 g of sugar
250 g ground walnuts
1 tbsp cocoa, sifted
1 tbsp rum
300 g grated apples neiztsedeni
6 tbsp semolina
caster sugar sprinkling
Method
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar. Add the walnuts, cocoa, rum, semolina, apples and egg whites broken down into snow. All mix thoroughly and pour into a baking dish, covered with baking paper. Bake in a moderate oven. The finished cake sprinkled with powdered sugar.
