Apple triguni coconut

250 g puff pastry
2 apples
2 tbsp coconut
3 tbsp chopped walnuts
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
grated peel of half an orange
2 tbsp raisins
2 tbsp sliced almonds
spreads - 1 egg / in the original - egg yolk with a little cream /

Bake gently in a dry pan coconut shavings. Peel and cut apples into small cubes. Put them in a bowl. They add coconut, the walnuts, sugar, cinnamon, orange peel and raisins or other dried fruit. Mix all good products. Remove the puff dough just before operating it. Cut it into squares measuring approximately 10x10 cm. Beat the egg yolks and whites separately. Coat the edges of each square with a little beaten egg-white. Place the filling in the middle, and shrink-wrapped in the form of a triangle or a roll. Press the edges with your fingers and then with the help of a fork for greater security. Arrange trigunite in tray covered with baking paper and smear them on top of the beaten yolk. Trigunite sprinkle with almonds. Trigunite Bake in preheated oven at 200C degrees for 20-30 minutes. In the presentation can sprinkle with powdered sugar.
