1 tsp garlic
2 tsp balsamic vinegar
1-2 tbsp sunflower oil from roasted sesame
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp fresh coriander

Method
Clean livers and cut them into quarters. Put them in salted water to boil. During this time, mix in a bowl the remaining products to prepare the sauce in advance chop finely garlic and coriander.
