Baked eggplant with tomato sauce

Ingredients
4 eggplants
1 onion
2 green peppers
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp cumin
4 tomatoes
1 tsp oregano
5 tbsp sunflower oil
3 p. Parsley
100 g cheese
salt

Method
Eggplant cut into rings, salt them and leave for about 60 minutes to drain the bitter juice. Then the pieces are arranged in a greased glass pan. Peppers cut into small pieces, garlic Grind.
