Ingredients
1-1.5 kg pork meat - boneless ham
3-4 pickles
3-4 carrots
salt
pepper
mix of spices for pork
1 cup white wine
1/3 cup sunflower oil
Method
The meat is cut into slices, but not the end, but as bread, of which one, the bottom crust is whole. Seasoned with salt and spices for pork (caraway, nutmeg). In the slices are placed strips of pickled cucumbers and carrots. Bake in a clay or glass dish with white wine for 2 hours at 200 C, while catch a nice crust. The finished meat is cut into slices.
