2 medium zucchini
3-4 ripe tomatoes
2 onions
1 head of garlic
1/2 tsp sugar

about 1/2 cup sunflower oil

Method
Courgettes cut into thin slices, add salt and pressed into flour. Arrange in a greased with half sunflower oil pan 3 lines as overlapping. Between the lines sprinkles chopped or grated onion, crushed garlic and dill. Top pour remaining sunflower oil. Courgettes are put in the preheated oven and bake about 20 minutes. Grate the tomatoes, add salt, add sugar. Courgettes pour tomato juice and bake until ready. I baked together and squash juice, but the acid tomato onion and zucchini stood firm.
