Ball of cheese

Ingredients
4 egg whites
200 g feta cheese
flour
frying fat
parsley
salt
pepper
Method
Egg whites lightly salting and broken snow. Carefully add the grated feta cheese and optional - pepper. Formed into balls, rolled in flour and fry in boiling fat. When topchentsetata become twice as large, removed and allowed to drain (or arrange on paper that absorbs). Serve in heated dish, sprinkled with chopped parsley.
