Ingredients
3 bananas
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1 cup ground walnuts
1/2 cup flour
baking powder 1
1 tsp cinnamon

Method
Bananas are broken down with sugar, add eggs, the oil, flour, ground walnuts, baking powder. Pour into shape and bake 40 minutes. As cool sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
