Banitsa with feta cheese and mayonnaise

Ingredients
500 g filo pastry sheets
300 g feta cheese
4 eggs
400 g yogurt
200 g of margarine, butter or sunflower oil
100 g mayonnaise

Method
Beat milk, eggs and the feta cheese. Take 1 peel and rub with oil, put another top crust and brush the mixture. Wrap a roll and place in pan. Repeat until you run out of sheet. Spread top with mayonnaise. Bake at 180C degrees until browned. * The banitsa becomes great. Mayonnaise gives it a unique flavor and crispy crust.
