2 package ready pastry baked on hot plate (800 g - 1 kg)
350 g cow feta cheese
150 g popcorn cottage cheese
125 g butter
5 eggs
1 tsp baking soda bicarbonate
100 g yogurt
1 cup milk

Expand finished peel and mazhem each of them with a brush with melted butter. Each coated crust impose on the front - so better absorb the butter. After staining and the last turn them - starting with the first already pozasahnala and sprinkle with the mixture that we have prepared from beaten eggs, the feta cheese, the cottage cheese and yogurt, which are extinguished soda. Turn sheet like wet with water edges and not break or put sheets that redim one another - a matter of taste. We finish with the last crust, pour the banitsa with glass of milk, which makes it extremely fragile and crisp. Put in cold oven and bake at 150 C until ready.
