Basel cookies with almonds (Bruns)

Ingredients
450 g of powdered sugar
500 g almonds
100 g dark chocolate
1 tsp (5 g) Cinnamon
1 tbsp (10 ml) vishnovka
4 egg whites
Method
Shelled almonds milled and finely grated chocolate. Egg whites with little sugar are broken down into thick snow. Continue beating, gradually add remaining sugar and vishnovkata. Finally, carefully pour a little chocolate, cinnamon and almonds. The dough is kneaded well, rolled and shaped cookie cutter with flat crackers or cookies are cut in any form. Bake in low oven.
