Ingredients
600 g pork loin
piece of smoked pork breast or salo or smoked bacon
pepper, salt
finely chopped onion feathers
1/2 bunch parsley
# For the filling:
1 egg
250 g minced meat
1 slice bread
1/2 small onion
2 boiled mushrooms
cumin, salt
Method
Knead the minced meat with egg, grated onion, bread soaked in water and drained, chopped mushrooms, crushed cumin and salt. Cut the tenderloin 8 patty. Fuck them and sprinkle with pepper and salt. Distribute on each escalope of pork and shrink-wrapped rolls. Pierce two of kebab between them put a piece of smoked breasts. Roasted BBQ. Put in a fireproof container and still warm sprinkle with onion and parsley. Serve garnished with fried potatoes, vegetables in butter and salad.
