Ingredients
500 g beans
2 onions
1 carrot
1 dry red pepper (can from the freezer and frozen)
1/2 cup tomato juice or 1-2 grated tomatoes
2 tbsp seasoning beans (a mixture of mint, dried onion,
dried red pepper, dried celery, salt and other)
1-2 tbsp paprika
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
salt

Method
Beansa soak the evening in cold water. The next day washed and put to boil with chopped onion, carrot and whole pepper. So the beans boil over medium heat until ready. After being boiled to remove the red pepper, wait for it to cool and remove the skin. Cleaned pepper cut into strips or chopped with a knife. The objective is to retain larger fragments thereof. Then add to the beans and pour the tomatoes, spices and salt if necessary (because the spice itself has). And add the oil and remain the beans to a boil, so simmer about 10-15 minutes and is ready for consumption. If you are not ready for beans spice used fresh or dried mint and 1-2 tbsp 1 tbsp dried or 2-3 fresh leaves of celery.
