Beef liver with wine grilled

Ingredients
600 g veal liver
100 ml wine
2-3 tbsp sunflower oil
pepper
allspice
salt
juice of 1 lemon
Method
The liver is cut thicker pieces. Season with allspice and pepper, pour the wine and the oil and leave for 1 hour in refrigerator. The grill is heated and pieces of liver rank on the BBQ. Bake for 3 minutes on each side. Add salt is arranged in a dish and pour the lemon juice.
